DEPT, OF NATURAL RESCKI~CF$ <br />This is in response to your letter of October 7, 1980 regarding Flatiron's <br />road right-of-way grant C-28193. <br />1. Construction of road segment M-N may be eliminated providing that <br />your office insures that ranch traffic has access to range improvements <br />via the existing jeep trails, <br />2. Snow fences may be positioned as specified in you letter of October 7, <br />1980. <br />3. Retain the culvert at "0" and construct a ditch from "M" to "0" for <br />adequate drainage. This ditch shall be within existing right-of-way. <br />4. Riprap the floor of the downstream flow area at Mann Draw after consul- <br />tation with this office on the amount of floor [o be covered. <br />5.
