In this case Z believe that amounts to whether or not the <br />thin sandstone above the coal seam constitutes .a significant aquifer about <br />which we are concerned enough to designate it as a "Renewable Resource Land". <br />If the sandstone is an RRL,- the plan for monitoring which they havA submitted <br />will be adequate. If the sandstone is not an RRL; no plan is required. <br />Z further explained that Roy would need some additional information in <br />order to render an opinion concerning the sandstone's designation. I <br />suggested that Bob Weaver contact either one of you to commence pursuing <br />resolution of~the ouesticn. I told Bob that I would not proceed until I <br />hab~.received an opinion from Roy. <br />
