PERMIT NO.: 83-50 <br />Pursuant to the requirements stated in Section 1.62 and Section 3.4 <br />of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, <br />we are submitting the following information on our permitted area known as <br />the State Land - Jensen Pit. <br />The disturbed area (except around a small stockpile) has been regraded <br />and seeded. We are waiting for the vegetation in seeded portions of the <br />pit to become established. We do plan on using the pit again when there <br />are maintenance or construction projects in the area. Any areas that <br />might be disturbed at that time will be reclaimed. <br />4Je are not certain at this time when work might start again in the <br />affected area.
