Sanborn Creek and Elk Creek Mines. The contents of this report are submitted to satisfy the requirements of CDMG Rule 2.04.13 Annual Reclamation Reports. In addition, we have also included an executed CDMG, Annual Reclamation Report for the Year 2004 form. Location.and numbers of acres distiirbeH'during2004: ~ ~ . Location and number of acres of areas toosoiled (or topsoil substitute) durine 2003: None Location and number of acres of areas seeded during 2003: None Weed Control Eazly thistles, houndstongue and Whitetop were sprayed by a contractor using Telar and Banvel herbicides in accordance with the label requirements. Late thistles, houndstongue and Russian knapweed were sprayed with a mixture of Vanquish and Redeem herbicides in accordance with the labels. Areas sprayed included general disturbance areas such as road cuts, warehouse storage areas, pond outsiopes, etc. 1Cdnquish~and Redeem herbicides were also applied to Russian ICnapweed and thistles in accordance with the requirements of the'label. Areas sprayed agaimincluded general •~inesite disturbance areas and pond slopes. No seeded reclaimed areas were in need of weed control. 3737 Hwy 133 P.O.
