The water samples were analyzed for cyanide, dissolved metals, and fluoride os <br />outlined in paragraph 26 of Battle Mountain's Water Decree, Case No. 89CW32. The <br />analysis report is attached. <br />Analytical results for the month of December have not yet been received.
