An aerial photo of the proposed mine site <br />• and completed haul road and pond construction is included as <br />Exhibit 96.1. AutoCAD drawing file Y96TSREM.DWG is included to <br />show all mining-related disturbances from January 1, 1996 through <br />December 31, 1996. Additional drawing files Y96REPL.DWG and <br />Y96SEED.DWG depicting topsoil replacement and seeded areas <br />respectively are also included.
