I agree with Mr. Gorham that an inordinately <br />large number of hydrologic monitoring events were apparently <br />missed and that in some cases sample analyses were not conducted <br />for all required parameters. <br />Notice of Violation C-93-147 (attached) is hereby issued for <br />failure to conduct required hydrologic monitoring. If COVCC has <br />data that was inadvertently left out of the AHR which proves that <br />additional required monitoring was conducted, COVCC may wish to <br />submit this data to the Division within 15 days of receipt of this <br />violation for consideration in the civil penalty assessment <br />pursuant to Rule 5.04.3. <br />If you have any questions please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Steve S.
