The effective date of all information in this report is March loth, 1992. Please refer to the Annual Report Map for the location of areas discussed in this report; the colors correspond with areas colored on the map. This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 days this year. We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report requirements as outlined in Section 2 .4 .1 of the Rules and Regula- tions, revised 11/90 . 2 .4 .1 (1) No new lands have been disturbed during the last year, mining continued in the area stripped in past years. We partially mined 1.00 acres ± along the northeast side of the plant area this year (orange) . The current status of disturbance for the pit is ; Lake surface (blue ) - 40 . 81 ac. ±; BacKfilled (green) - 5 .55 ac. ±; Unmined (brown) - 18 .83 ac. ±; Peri- meter Roads - 3 .40 ac. ±; Banks and setbacks - 14.47 ac. ±. These figures are less in some areas than reported last year because we were able to get an accurate air photo showing the areas disturbed. The above numbers are the correct ones. The biggest changes were in the lake surface area, unmined area and bank area. (2) All of the area mined this year is lake area. No further reclamation is needed in the lake except isolated bank sloping along the perimeter. Backfilling is complete in the southwest part of the property (green) . No other reclamation was required during this time period.
