As a result of this <br />work it was found th:st -~.aterials around the portals contained <br />commercially exploitable oeoosits of precious metals, Approx- <br />. imately 3500 tons of ore were removed from the mine site, crushed, <br />and shiuped to a cyanide heap leach facility. An additional <br />1000 tons of ore has been hauled to the crushing plant and will <br />be readied next spring for leaching, <br />There has been only a small amount of reclamation activities at <br />the mine site.
