Czttany <br />Division Director <br />Re: Eagle Mine Complex, C-1981-044, Second and Third Quarter 2005 Waste Pile Inspection Report"sataal Resource rms[ee <br />Dear Mr. Nettleton: <br />Second quarter 2005 Waste Pile inspection report was received in the DMG office on October ]2, 2005. The inspection <br />of both piles, Surface Waste Pile and Old No. 9 Excavation was conducted on June 8, 2005. No additional material was <br />added to either pile during second quarter 2005. The mine is in temporary cessation. No additional maintenance items <br />were identified for either pile. Rule 4.10.1 (1)(a) requires that inspections be conducted in accordance with Rule <br />4.09.1(] 1). Reports need to be forwarded to the Division within two weeks after each inspection. Please send the <br />quarterly inspection reports to the Division in a more timely manner. Reports are also maintained and are available fox <br />review at the mine site. <br />Third quarter 2005 Waste Pile inspection was conducted on September 15, 2005 and received by the Division on <br />October 12, 2005. No additional material was added to either pile during third quarter 2005. No additional <br />maintenance items were identified for either pile for this quarter.
