Chiappone
Dear Ms. Chiappone:
~ III IIIIIIIIIIIII III
June 27, 1990
8097 County Road 100
Hesperus, CO 81326
Ref: File No. M-85-115
Pursuant to your letter of June 5, 1990, regarding Temporary Cessation
of the Greer Pit referenced above, please use this letter as amendment to
the Annual Report.
The regulations which accompanied your June 5 letter show sale of
stockpiled material to be a factor in determining cessation. There has been
sale of materials annually from a stockpile produced previously. A listing
of those annual sales is attached.
I was under the misconception that raw materials must be extracted to
define an active site. The disposition of processed material (aggregate
road base) is ongoing. I, therefore, have reported "No Activity" in error
and respectfully request its change according to this information.
Thank you for your patience and consideration in this matter.
Sincerely,
~~~.
J.
