This submission is <br />designed to supplement previous submissions and should be added <br />to the 3-ring binder provided iii 1993. The index pages should <br />replace the previous index payes; the 1995 tab page, report, <br />diagrams, tables and the 1995 Mine Inflows map should be inserted <br />following the 1994 information; and the data pages should be <br />added to or replace existing pages in tl>e end of the binder. <br />As you review Chis information please, let us ]snow what is <br />helpful, what is unnecessary and what could be improved.
