Keller: <br /> <br />As requested, I completed a careful review of this application and have <br />found the following deficiencies: <br />A. The July 1, 1977, Annual Report was received on July 5, 1977, with <br />no annual fee. <br />B. flo Annual Report or fee was submitted for 1980, 1981 or 1982. <br />C. No permit document appears to have been issued for this site. <br />D. No financial warranty appears to have been submitted for this project. <br />Financial warranty was set $46,650.00 at the July 24, 1980 Board <br />meeting. The Division does hold a reclamation bond No. 2594387 <br />issued in August, 1975 by Safeco Insurance Company of America for <br />the amount of $100,000.00. This was to bond the Gladys Ramstetter and <br />and Paul Pattridge Properties. Please clarify the purpose of this <br />reclamation bond and identify the permit number to which it was applied. <br />In order to clean up this permit, the Division requests that the above items <br />be addressed within thirty 30 days.
