The Division requests some additional information.
(1) KCC reports that a regular weed control effort is in effect across the mine site,
reported the timing of weed spraying and provided a map showing where the spraying
was conducted. Please include the name of the chemical being used in the weed control
effort.
(2) The livestock stocking rate in 2004 described in the report, varied from the grazing
plan described in the permit application package.
