Several small areas of
disturbance have been reclaimed over rite past 20 years including four bench faces of the RDA, out
slopes of the Development Waste Pile, areas along Highway 12, and areas of the West Portal. Due to
the temporary cessation of operations at the mine during the first three quarters, facilities maintenance
during 2001 has focused on the sediment control system and the RDA. No additional distxtrbancc is
anticipated because of active loadout of coal from Lorencito. The attached Table 1 identifies these
areas.
