<br />~ • III IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII • ~- __~:~.,~;~ ~ ~~.~~ <br />1 3 1981 <br />ANNUAL REPORT FOR OCTOBER 10, 1981 PERMIT ~UERSARS~,I;(;l.A\+'~~iiUN <br />~~~... . <br />~;~, ::;zn;ral Resources <br />SLAB CANYON QUARRY PERMIT N0. 77-34CI <br />IDEAL BASIC INDUSTRIES, INC., CEMENT DIVISION <br />LARIMER COUNTY, COLORADO <br />This report attaches Map bcc-1429 which is marked to outline <br />areas of quarry operation and the various phases of affected land. <br />The map and information presented is intended to comply with Rule <br />2.41. <br />(1) Location and number of acres affected during the ear. <br />There is no change in the total 30-acre permit are+i or the <br />25 acres (outlined in red) that are considered as ,affected, <br />with present bond in the amount of $16,500. The 25 acres is <br />predominantly pre-law mined area, all classified a;a major <br />disturbed area, and includes about 6 acres or sever^al more <br />years of limestone reserves. The 5 acres outlined in green <br />represents additional reserves that will be bonded in the <br />future. <br />Area of operation this report year is outlined in black <br />with estimated operation for the coming year outlined in <br />yellow. <br />(2) Location and number of acres reclaimed during the ~~ear. <br />Little reclamation can be accomplished until quarr~~ opera- <br />tion in the 25-acre portion is completed.
