I am forwarding a <br />copy of Twentymile Coal Company's Second Half 1998 Subsidence Report. This report <br />covers July 1, 1998 through December 31, 1998. During this time Twentymile Coal <br />Company undermined and subsided Routt County Road No. 33, Middle Creek and High <br />Tension Power lines. Please review Twentymile Coal Company's report for compliance <br />with the Rules and permit C-82-056. <br />Please let me know what improvements they need to make to their reports so I may <br />forward your comments to Twentymile Coal Company. We have not received a response <br />to your comments from your review of the 1997 reports. Your comments were sent to <br />Twentymile Coal Company in December 1998. <br />No data was submitted on disc with this report, since the rail line was not undermined or <br />monitored during this time frame.
