Rd. # 27 Michael e Long <br />Division Director <br />Oak Creek, CO. 80467 <br />RE: Semi-Annual Subsidence Report, Jan. -June 1995, Foidel Creek Mine, #C-82-056 <br />Dear Mr. Koehler: <br />Review of Division files indicates the Division did not forward comments to Twentymile <br />Coal Company concerning the first half 1995 Subsidence Report for the Foidel Creek mine. <br />This letter constitutes our response to this report. <br />Monitoring during this period consisted of daily monitoring of County Road #27 and the <br />YVEA powerline. Daily monitoring was conducted in accordance with the approved plan. <br />Two possible typographical errors were noted. The first is on page 1 of the subsidence text <br />and reads 'The 2 southwest longwall panel was initiated in December 95 and completed in <br />June 95". The Division assumes it should read "December 94". Also, associated with the <br />February 22, 1995 county road survey the attached map indicated the longwall position on <br />February 22, 1994.
