Please find attached an Annual Report for <br />1990 with fee included and a request for Notice of Temporary <br />Cessation for Domtar's Coaldale Quarry. I apologize for the <br />delay in getting this information to you. For the past few <br />weeks I have been pursuing an opportunity to continue <br />operations at a much reduced level, albiet the need for a <br />mining permit. However, at this point in time it looks as <br />though the resumption of mining operations may take from <br />several to many months and the temporary cessation action <br />should be taken. At the present time, ell mining operations <br />are idle and have been since August 30, 1990.
