Inc. -San Luis Project <br />DMG Permit No. M-88-112 <br />Monthly Pond Compliance Report -September 1996 <br />Dear Mr. Dillie: <br />Attached is the September 1996 monthly summary of cyanide analysis performed on <br />samples from the tailings pond, the post detox, and the collection pond as required. Daily <br />samples of the failings pond and the collection pond and weekly samples of the post detox <br />ore analyzed on-site. TR-O10 specifies a simply monthly average for regulating pond <br />compliance. The September averages ore as follows: <br />Tailings Pond 2.25 ppm CN-wad, 3.18 ppm CN-total <br />Collection Pond 0.21 ppm CN-wad, 0.30 ppm CN-total <br />Post Detox 0.95 ppm CN-wad, 1.23 ppm CN-total <br />The September simple averages show compliance with our permit standards of 3.8 ppm <br />CN-wad and 4.4 ppm CN-total.
