Please be advised that the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board is scheduled to consider all statements of <br />opposition, objections, protests and petitions for hearing which have been <br />filed in a timely manner in connection with this matter at its regularly <br />scheduled meeting on February 21-22, 1990. <br />At this meeting, the Board shall first consider whether or not sufficient <br />cause has been shown pursuant to Section 34-32-114 of the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Act to hold a formal public hearing. If the Board finds good <br />cause, •it may, at its discretion, set the matter for hearing on a specified <br />date.
