The report complies with Rule <br />4.04.13(41(c). The Division considers that Twentymile Coal Company did an <br />outstanding job of completing the hydrologic monitoring requirements as per the <br />approved plan. The report was well organized, cleaz, and concise. Graphs, tables and <br />maps were well done and accurate. A report of this quality should be the standard for all <br />Colorado coal mines. <br />It was noted that the mine inflow map, referred to in [he text as Figure 118 was not <br />labeled as such. Some summation of inI]ows should be done in future reports and <br />compared to mine discharge or mine usage. <br />Overall, mining at the Foidel Creek mine has no impact beyond that predicted in the PHC <br />and has little effect of the surrounding hydrologic regime.
