The cross-
reference table between sample identification numbers and sample locations is attached.
As specified in TR-006, calculated free and ~vad cyanide values for the process point
samples are enclosed.
Please note that the samples taken on April 21 and March 29 did not get to UPS the same
day. Wells M-1, M-9, M-10, M-l 1, M-12, M-l3, M-13R, D87-24, and M-14 were
sampled. Duplicates were collected at M-13, M-13R, and M-l4. Field blanks ~rtd rinse
blanks were conducted as part of [he field quality assurance program. Pre and post detoX
weren't taken because the mill was down during those sampling periods. Most sampling
periods were during heavy snowstorms which postponed or delayed many sampling
periods. Wells M-2, M-6, M-7, and M-8 and the three lysimeter pairs were checked and
found to be dry.
S~ ~erel ,
`/3' 7
Sally H es I~
Environmental Engineer
Enclosures
cc: Anne Baldrige
Dan Robertson
A SUAS/O1ARY OF A.17TLF MOUNIA/N f.OLD COMPANY
P.O.
