The information is topsoil <br />sampling results done in June of 1995 on topsoil that was replaced <br />in 1994. This sampling was delayed with the concurrance of the <br />Division, as noted in the 1994 Annual Reclamtion Report. <br />This information should be included as Appendix B in the above <br />mentioned report.
