Since I am not <br />sure that Mr. Shaw sent in these documents,l have enclosed them in this letter. Pursuant to the <br />Construction Material Rules, Rule 1.15(1)(a)(1), no financial warranty is submitted with this <br />report as one has previously been submitted to you in my letters dated July 13, 2005 and <br />September 23, 2005. Subparagraph (2) indicates that if there is no new disturbance or reclamation <br />in the previous year, and no change to the previous year's maps are necessary, then no new map <br />is required.
