CWI is requesting a change to allow leaving 2-3 feet of <br />top coal. <br />k'e are presently losing approximately 1-6 fee[ of cap rock due to the weak mud- <br />stone rock that is located in our immediate roof. The loss of cap rock, coupled <br />with the abundant pots and slickenslides, is creating a safety hazard in the II <br />West Sub-Mains. <br />CWI would prefer to leave approximately 2-3 feet of <br />a strong beam for roof support).
