The <br />cross-reference table between sample identification numbers <br />and sample locations is attached. <br />The final report issued by Core Labs d <br />dissolved metals analysis for the RS-5 <br />(921221 BMG O1) and the RS-5 duplicate <br />sample (921221 BMG 04). An additional <br />Core Labs which includes the dissolved <br />reports are enclosed. <br />id not included <br />surface water sample <br />quality control <br />report was issued by <br />metals analysis; both <br />No deviations from the sampling QA/4C protocols, TR-006, <br />were noted for any of these samples. <br />Wells M-9, M-12, and M-13, RS-5, and the five process points <br />were sampled. Wells M-2, M-6, M-7, and M-8 and the three <br />lysimeter pairs were checked and found to be dry. A barrel <br />filter rinse blank, a field blank, and a duplicate sample at <br />RS-5 were collected as field quality control samples. <br />The bi-weekly samples were delivered to Core Laboratories on <br />December 27, 1992. The delivery was made during the time <br />when Core Labs was relocating to a new facility. During the <br />relocation, the sulfuric acid preserved, amber glass bottle <br />for the RS-5 duplicate (921221 BMG 04) designated for <br />analysis of TOC, NH3, N02, and N03 was broken, and the <br />sample was lost.
