Stover:
This letter is to let you know that the Division has completed
review of the above referenced reports, and found that relevant
permit and regulatory requirements have been met. On a related
subject, I believe you indicated that the water analyses associated
with retention of the sediment pond as a permanent impoundment have
been obtained. I would encourage you to submit the information if
it is available, so that if any problems are identified they can be
addressed in a timely manner. Also, I would request that you let
me know what your timeframe is for completing the remaining
reclamation at Red Canyon, in light of WQCD's recent decision to
allow the CDPS permit to expire.
Please contact me if you have any questions.
Sinc e y
Dan T.
