III IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII <br />999 <br />HYDROLOGIC MONITORING PLAN <br />PRIOR TO 1988 <br />BLUE RIBBON MINE <br />FILE NO. C-81-047 <br />Prior to the 1988 AHR, the following sites were required to be <br />monitored: <br />^Mine inflows - inflow sampled and shown on mine map (the mine <br />was sealed in 1986) <br />^Alluvial well - field parameters and sampled (eliminated <br />during 1986) <br />^Springs - 1. base of mine bench near pond #2 (now <br />collected in south underdrain) <br />2. near the south end of the disturbance <br />boundary on the haul road switchback <br />3. flow in the draw north of the mine was <br />monitored as a spring <br />^Piezometers - the bench piezometers P-1 through P-4 were <br />installed during 1985 <br />^Underdrains - the bench underdrains were established during <br />1984 and 1985 <br />^NPDES Discharge - Outfall 001, 002, 003, and 004 (004 was <br />discontinued in 1986 with the construction of mine bench) <br />^Hubbard Creek - monitored for monthly field parameters and <br />quarterly for quality <br />047.monit <br />
