(BMRI) - San Luis <br />November 3 - 4, 10 - 11, <br />Enclosed are the analytical reports from Core Laboratories for the <br />bi-weekly water samples collected November 3 - 4, 10 - 11, and 14, <br />1994 as specified in the April 1992 Abatement Plan. The cross- <br />reference table between sample identification numbers and sample <br />locations is attached. As specified in TR-006, calculated free <br />and wad cyanide values for the process point samples are enclosed. <br />RTo deviations from the sampling QA/QC protocols, TR-006, were <br />noted for any of the samples collected. Wells M-9, M-12, M-13, M- <br />13R, and M-14 were sampled. Samples were collected at surface <br />water station RS-5. Duplicates were collected at M-13R and M-9 <br />for quality control. Field blanks and rinse blanks were conducted <br />as part of the field quality assurance program. The five process <br />points were sampled.
