Suite 301 ~~""' "' ''' ' <br />Grand Junction, Colorado 81501 ~ ~ r/ <br />Re: Bulkhead Monitoring Repo ]Rajah 30 Mine, Permit No. M/77/294, Mesa <br />County, Colorado <br />Deaz Mr. Means: <br />The Rajah 30 mine site was inspected on October 5, 2005 in accordance with the Rajah 30 <br />Mine Bulkhead Monitoring Program dated October 14, 3003. The following activities <br />were conducted as required by the monitoring program. <br />• The Division of Minerals and Geology was notified of the intended inspection prior <br />to the inspection. <br />• Station JBCRK2 was inspected and found to be dry. Station JBCRK4 was then <br />inspected and found to be dry. <br />• The Rajah 30 Mine portal area and the azea along John Brown Creek were <br />inspected for springs. No surface water was found. <br />The water level in the southwest vent was measured in May immediately before it was <br />reclaimed.
