I am pleased to <br />inform you that your company has been selected as the successful bidder. This letter will serve <br />as an authorization for you to proceec .vi;h the tasks outlined in your bid proposal. <br />The completion date for the tasks outlined in the proposal is August 13, 1992. A regular <br />communication must be maintained with this office and Mr. Dan Mathews of CMLRD as you <br />progress with the execution of the tasks. Your field activities should be coordinated with Mr. Tim <br />Chervick. Environmental Coordinator at the Deserado Mine. He can be reached at 1-675-8431. <br />I am enclosing two copies of the Agreement for Retention of Professional Services. Please sign <br />them and return both copies to me.
