We have not received a reply to our recent letter and follow-up request to
submit annual fees in the amount of $2,100.00 to keep the permit for
your Wining operation current. Since you have not provided us with any
information that would change the aebt, the amount o~~~ed must be paid in
accordance with the Colorado ~~lined Land Reclamation Act, Article 32 of Title
34, C.R.S. 1973, as amended. By not answering our request, you will make it
necessary for us to refer the debt to the State of Colorado Attorney General
for collection action.
