This <br />report reflects some of the changes entailed with the transfer of <br />surface facilities from Colorado Yampa Coal Company to Twentymile <br />Coal Company, yet retains a certain degree of overlap for clarity. <br />Items of note for the <br />discharge from Site 87 (pond <br />• 114.
