The permittee, Colorado Yampa <br />Coal Company, has included name and address on the submitted reclamation report letter. <br />b) Location and number of acres disturbed during that year. No additional disturbances <br />occurred in 1997. <br />c) Location and number of acres backfilled during that year. No areas were backfilled or <br />graded in 1997. <br />d) Location and number acres topsoiled during that year. No areas were topsoiled during <br />1997. <br />e) The species, location and number of acres of vegetation planted during that year, <br />including any augmented seeding or cultural practices. No seeding occurred during 1997. <br />f) Location, number of acres and date of planting for all previously revegetated areas. The <br />report references permit map 16a, dated 12/16/92, which depicts all previously seeded <br />areas. The report also references the 1990 Annual Reclamation report for detail on seed <br />mixes used, and locations of seeding. <br />Although, the historical information is not included in the 1997 report, it is referenced in <br />previously submitted reports and maps. Additional information regarding and rill and gully <br />repair, drainage reinforcement, or weed control management should be included in the annual <br />reclamation report. The report is in accordance with Rule 2.04.13. Please call should you have <br />any questions. <br />
