Our revised plan shows mining <br />through the property line onto Sandy Acres; this is what we are presently <br />doing. We have commenced rehabilitation of the Henderson Development <br />property. We are approximately 75$ completed on the back slopes and <br />reclaimed area. we cannot finish reclamation on Henderson Development <br />because we still have a small gravel deposit left in two small areas marked <br />with a circled X on the enclosed map. As we find a market for this <br />material, it will be sold and reclamation will be completed. <br />The plant site area, as shown, is the new location for our crushing and <br />stockpiling equipment. As we mine through the property line below water <br />table, we will bring elimination back in the property line area and fill to <br />the grade established in our mining application. <br />Everything appears to be on schedule and is going well. We, hopefully, <br />envision final reclamation of the Henderson Development property in the <br />latter part of 1987. ~ <br />Please find check enclosed for the apparent error in billing as well as <br />this year's fee.
