The report was found not to be specifically in compliance with
Rule 2.04.13(i)(b): Location and number of acres disturbed during that year. Although the mine
being in temporary cessation infers no disturbance, a statement is made that there are current
disturbances associated with the operation. Please consider revising the first line of paragraph 2 of
the report to read: No'additional disturbance, and n~o additional reclamation work ,except for
partial backfilling and grading of the No. 5 portals, was conducted during 1997.
Please call me if you have any questions.
Yours truly,
Byron G.
