OF NATURAL RESOURCES <br />Section 39-32-IIO(4) of the Colorado 79ined Land Reclamation Act requires that <br />• <br />. the Operator shall annuallu file, on the anniversary date of the <br />permit, a Notice of Intent to Continue .Vining Operations. The ;lo tice <br />of Intent shall contain an annual fee of SSt7.DU and a map or statement <br />that shall indicate: (a) the land a_`_`ected during previous year; <br />(b) the land to be affected during tie coming year; and (c) any land <br />reclaimed during the preceding year." <br />Based upon our records, the anniversary date of your operation is February <br />and annual fees for the year(s) 1^83 , totalling S 50.80 <br />are due on that date. <br />If your records indicate different facts, please inform this office as soon as <br />possible; othenoise, we will expect to receive the annual fees as required by <br />the statute on or before your anniversary date. Also, please include t`~e <br />required lJOti ce of Intent to Continue Afi ning Operations to bring tie Division <br />up to date as to the progress of mining and reclamation on the site.
