Surface disturbance remains the same as originally permitted <br />(see enclosed map) and none is anticipated during the coming year. <br />As all permitted acreage is used during operations, reclamation <br />of this property cannot begin until the mine is closed. <br />Routine surveillance and maintenance of the area is being carried <br />out to maintain the mine in an operable condition. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me at our Nucla office. <br />Sincerely, <br />~~ ~~ <br />W.
