RE: Blue Ribbo One Be Monitoring
The only confusion arises from the surficial slump that occurred last spring.
If no movement occurs for the remainder of this summer, as verified by the
fall monitoring, we could allow the slope stability monitoring to be
discontinued with the following conditions:
• (]) All monitoring monuments shall be maintained in tact, so that they
could be resurveyed at a later date, if desireable.
(2) The operator shall perform one additional survey during the fall of
1989.
