We have not received a reply to our recent letter and follow-up request
concerning the submission of past-due annual fees. Division records indicate
you owe $ 350.00 in accordance with Rule 2.4 and 34-32-116(l) (a) , C.R.S.
Since you have not provided us with any information to the contrary, the
amount owed must be paid within 30 days. Failure to resolve this issue within
30 days will make it necessary for us to place your operation and permit on
the Mined Land Reclamation Board agenda for possible enforcement action in
accordance with 34-32-124, C.R.S.
