This annual report is submitted as per section 4.8.5.2 of our OSM permit <br />application. Tables 4.8-12 and 4.8-13 of that section delineate the parameter <br />list and monitoring frequency respectively. <br />Revisions to the permit based on adequacy responses 9 (page 4-241 ) S 10 <br />(pages 4-243-245), have expanded the parameter list (May 17, 1982) from 22 to 31 <br />parameters and changed the monitoring frequency from semi-annual status to <br />quarterly (June 7, 1982). <br />Enclosed within this correspondence are three tables of groundwater sum- <br />maries and an appendix. The quarterly parameter summaries, based on list C <br />(Table 4.8-13 of the permit application), are provided in Table 1. Table 2 of <br />this report is the summary of parameters found in list D of Table 4.8-13. <br />Analyses for the expanded list of parameters sampled annually are presented in <br />Table 3. The appendix explains why water samples for certain sites could not be <br />obtained. <br />Best regards, <br />H.
