The Division had requested this study since no compaction testing had been <br />performed on the first 20 feet of lifts and because some subsoil and some overly wet gob <br />material had been included in the stockpiled waste. Your comments concerning this <br />situation were contained in your two memos to me dated August 20, 1998 and December <br />2~, 1998. <br />If you need any additional information, please let me know.
