A copy of the Rider is attached. <br />As expected, Sierca acquved cleaz title to WM2 in the fall of 1999 and subsequently sold the <br />property to OMYA, Inc. [n an Amendment to Lease Agreement dated July 31, 2000, OMYA and <br />Sierca agreed to include WM2 within the quarry property, thus giving Sierra the right to perform <br />mining and reclamation activities on WM2.
