The report contains only a tabulation of surface and ground water monitoring data from the 1982 water year, listed in the order of the date of collection. The purpose for the submittal of an Annual Hydrology Report by the operator is to report the results of an analysis of all hydrologic data collected during the year, and to assess, by means of a thorough analysis and interpretation of the data, the impacts that the mininy and reclamation operations have had on the hydrologic balance. The Annual Hydrology Report is a means of updating predictions about probable impacts that were made in the permit application. Information contained in the Annual Hydrology Report should include: (1) results of all hydrologic data collected during the year, tabulated in a format such that any trends in the data can readily be identified (this has not been done for the data submitted by CYCC), (2) inclusion of all infonnation outlined in stipulations set forth as part of the permit application approval by MLRD. (3) analysis and interpretation of the hydrologic data collected during the year, comparing the results with data collected during previous years and with baseline data submitted in the permit application, and {4) an evaluation of impacts of mining and reclamation on the hydrologic balance during the year and projections of anticipated hydrologic impacts for the upcoming year. 423 Centennial Building, 1373 Sherman Street Denver, Colorado 80203 Tel.
