The ,Notice <br />of In tent'shall contain an annual fee of 550.00 and a map or statement <br />that shall indicate: (a) tie land affected during previous year; <br />(b) the land tc be affected during the coming year; and (c) any land <br />reclaimed during the preceding uear." <br />Based upon our records, the anniversary date of your operation is February <br />and annual fees for the year(s) 19B2, 1983 totalling S ~~ <br />are due on that date. <br />Zf your records indicate different facts, please inform phis office as soon as <br />possible; otherwise,. we will expect to receive the annual fees as required by <br />the statute on or before your anniversary date. Also, please include the <br />required ,Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations to bring the Division <br />up to date as to the progress of mining and reclamation on the site.
