As outlined in TR-010, <br />daily samples of the tailings pond and the collection pond are <br />analyzed on-site. TR-010 specifies a simple monthly avezage for <br />regulating pond compliance. The April averages are as follo~•):~: <br />Tailings Pond 0.56 ppm CN-wad, 0.79 ppm CN-total <br />Collection Pond 0.58 ppm CN-wad, 0.84 ppm CN-total <br />The April simple averages show compliance with our permit standards <br />of 3.8 ppm CN-wad and 4.4 ppm CN-total.
