Cattany <br />Division Dlrectw <br />Narwal Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) completed a review of the <br />subject Annual Reclamation Report (ARR) and provided Twentymile Coal Company <br />(Twentymile) with a copy of the review with adequacy comments on Mazch 6, 2006. <br />Twentymile replied by e-mail of Apri120, 2006, with an estimated date of response to the <br />comments and submission of a revised report. By e-mail of Apri120, 2006, the Division <br />asked that the response be received at the Division by July 1, 2006, so that the Division <br />could complete reports to the Office of Surface Mining. <br />Please let the Division know when the supplemental information will be provided.
