The <br />cross-reference table between sample identification numbers and sample locations is <br />attached. As specified in TR-006, calculated free and wad cyanide values for the process <br />point samples are enclosed. <br />The groundwater wells (M-9, M-12, M-13, M-13 R, M-14 ), RS-5, and the process points <br />were sampled and [he analyses are enclosed. M-2, M-6, M-7, M-8, and the three <br />lysimeter pairs were checked and found to be dry.
