This <br />measurement is up from the 1991 measurement of 102.25 and 1990 measurement of 103.50, however, is down <br />from the 1989 measurement of 101.50. The 1992 measurement reflects the more normal precipitation year <br />over that of 1989 and 1990 which were dry years. Also attached are the four quarterly pond inspections far <br />your file.
